When does it start?
November 8 for 7 weeks
What do you mean by group coaching?
When I do private coaching I use Zoom so it will be similar to that except there will be a group of people in the zoom meeting. I will be teaching and then at the end you can ask question. Not interaction with other participants
There will also be text messages sent throughout the week. Links for the group coaching, affirmations, challenges, stuff about the week. (out of the country will be sent by emails)
Tuesday 10 am mtn standard time. They will be recorded, not available in the app.
Is this like the original Simply Chakras course?
The original course is amazing and a great way to learn the foundations. The coaching is nothing like that course. We are going into deep rooted beliefs within these chakras.

In 2018 I began releasing courses.
Courses of all kinds.
They were the blueprint that I had learned through my spiritual awakening.

Join me for a 7-week chakra clearing group coaching course.
Every Tuesday at 10 am MST we will join together via zoom and I will teach you in depth each chakra and talk about a specific block that you might be experiencing and how to move through them.
We will then end with breath work and meditation.
I also will connect through text messages throughout the week so we can continue to work together!
