Do you guys remember when I made a YouTube video about my skincare routine? Watch it HERE! I’ve been a big fan of this little miracle device for a long time now and I thought it was about time for me to blog about it. When I was younger, from about 7th grade till well into college… I suffered from acne. Embarrassing, bad, painful acne. I tried everything under the sun to help heal and prevent it. My dermatologist used to tell me when I was in high school that my acne would eventually go away. I had nothing to worry about when I got older. Ummm, that was a lie! Because I work out and sweat and stress and still struggle to have great skin. I was first introduced to the PMD about a year ago at a beauty function hosted by Corrine from Mint Arrow. We all got to take home our own PMD device. I was skeptical at first, mainly from my own ignorance but I then watched the DVD and did my research. I desperately wanted to find something that would help reduce my pores and smooth out my skin. I struggled with acne scars and I needed results. I wouldn’t be writing this blog post if I didn’t think it worked but guess what, it totally does. AND it helps prevent acne as well.

HOW?

Well, a PMD device is a noninvasive at home personal microdermabrasion device. AKA a really legit fancy form of exfoliation that removes the dead skin cells for the outer later of the skin. The treatment smooths away dull and rough skin texture, and it softens the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and blemishes.

SO, that’s all wonderful and all…now that we know what it does…but, like I don’t have time for that…

mmmm

actually, you do!

That’s why this device is so wonderful and needed in every one of your homes! Literally.

Want to know how long it takes me to use the PMD on my face once a week…

…I will let you guess…

NOPE, guessed wrong.

5 minutes! TOPS.

Monday is usually one of my shower days (yes, I have shower days)

so, on that day, I hop out of the shower, dry off my face and quickly do a PMD treatment before putting any lotions and oils on my face. I hardly have redness after and it really jump starts my skin for the week.

I honestly couldn’t imagine my skin and what it would look like now if I didn’t have the PMD!

It’s saving me, not only from my horrible acne days in high school and college but also from those years I was a labor and delivery nurse and worked LONG night shifts! #foreheadwrinklesfordays

So, I guess what I am getting at is all of us moms that don’t have time or money to get facial spa treatments need not to fear! This is fast, a great price, and has incredible results.

I am thinking about doing a YouTube video about this as well, so stay tuned!

XOXO

Do you do it at morning or at night? I got one for my mom for mother’s day but… Thinking about “borrowing” it for a few weeks and trying it out haha.

This is a great “pen” like portable and home microdermabrasion machine that leaves the skin feeling refreshed and clean. I think it’s one of the rising stars of the home and portable microdermabrasion machines.
