THANK YOU NATIONAL STRESS AWARENESS DAY! – fitness

But really though, when I first heard that it was National Stress Awareness Day, I LAUGHED. OUT. LOUD! It’s like, that is my life every day. You feel me! BUT…then I started hearing my kids fight and felt the daily stresses of life come into my mind. I decided then and there that I was going to do a yoga flow in my family room to help decrease that stress. So, I am challenge ALL OF YOU! If you have 6 minutes to spare (I know you do!) Watch this video and you will be amazed at how peaceful you will feel. There were times during my flow that I could hear my kids in the basement yelling at each other, but instead of running down there and saving the day. I decided to stay where I was, and take deep calming breathes. It really was magical. Now, go watch and do your own yoga flow. Come back and tell me how you feel after!yogaflow
