Okay, now for some exciting news!! Last year I had the honor of teaching at the 1st Annual PINNERS CONFERENCE held in UTAH, and I am so excited to announce that I will be teaching that class again this year.

I get questions all the time about my eating habits and everyday lifestyle choices that I make that help with my fitness journey. I will be answering all those questions at the class and talking all about my #6weekstofab program!

I know we are all busy, BUT, I also know we can make a difference in our OWN lives with just a little bit of time a day and some prep work at night.

It seriously is such a great conference! There is something for EVERYONE and the classes really are amazing. SO many of my dear friends will be teaching some amazing classes about everything from makeup, to hairstyles, to DIY, and home design!

AND there will be hundreds of booths set up for you to buy anything and everything from clothes, home goods, and goodies.

    My husband and I are on week two of your #6weekstofab and we are loving the workouts! I was wondering if any readers have submitted some before and afters from doing this workout yet? I’d love to see some of those!! Your before and afters are fabulous and things like that keep me motivated!
