warm up with this post first

Check out THIS POST to find the perfect warm-up for any workout.

10 jump-overs (find a platform that is roughly 2 feet off the ground and make sure it’s not too wide, anything from 4-12 inches)

2 bear crawl passes (back and forth, the entire length of the playground)

10 weighted-squats (make sure to stay on those heels, keep that back straight, knees out, and chest up)

5 jumping pull ups (find anything you can grab hold of and jump into the pull-up) even if you can’t do pull ups, jumping into the pull-up and pulling your body as far up as you possibly can will help strengthen your body for pull-ups in the future
