    Hey I love your workouts and like a lot of others I am new to cross fit so I watched your video for your moves I didn’t see what a cleans, weighted pushup, or spider crawl was could you explain these moves to me?

    This looks like an incredible (and obtainable) plan :) However, I watched your video and did not see mention of the ‘one arm snatch’. Could you explain this movement, please? Thanks!!

    Hi, I am actually doing your program day by day 6 days a week. I feel great and have noticed a huge change in my muscles. I am on week 5 now and one of the workout moves is “one arm snatch”. Could you please explain that this is?

    Just want to say thank you for putting these workouts together and posting! They have helped me tremendously in getting back in shape after baby #2 and I live in a place where getting to a gym is not possible. So thankful!
